Every body has a rated shutter life, and the count is readable from the files. A low-count body is priced as near-new regardless of its age.
Sensor condition
Dust that survives a sensor clean, or a scratch, is expensive. This is the first thing a buyer photographs a white frame for.
Lens glass
Fungus, haze and a de-centred focus ring each cost more than the body's cosmetics. A clean lens is worth several times a foggy one.
Mount and generation
Mirrorless mounts are where the demand has moved. Older DSLR bodies still sell, but the lens mount matters more than the brand.

Do you buy lenses separately from the body?
Yes, and good glass often holds value better than the body it came with. List them together for one pickup or separately if you want a price for each.
What if the camera has fungus in the lens?
It is still bought, because a fungus clean is a standard workshop job. Severe etching on the coating is a bigger deduction than surface growth.
Should I include the memory card?
No. Cards are cheap and you will want it back. Do include the battery, the charger, the strap and the body cap.
How do I show the shutter count?
