Yes. The transformer, casing and control board have value, and a magnetron swap is a standard repair. Say plainly that it runs but does not heat.
Do you need the glass turntable?
Include it if you have it. A unit without its tray and roller guide is priced lower because both are replaced before resale.
Is a 10-year-old microwave worth selling?
Solo microwaves age well mechanically, so age matters less than whether the cavity is intact and the door seals properly.
